Accreditations and Memberships

Wesleyan Christian Academy is accredited by the Southern Association of Schools and Colleges on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS / CASI). SACS / CASI accredits more than 13,000 schools and school systems throughout the United States and overseas.

Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI)

Wesleyan Christian Academy is accredited by ACSI. ACSI is the largest association of Christian schools in the world. As a member school, Wesleyan is able to network with other Christian schools and benefits from a large number of student activities, teacher conventions, and administrative/board conferences. The academy has been a continuous member since 1985.

North Carolina Association of Independent Schools (NCAIS)

The academy has been a continuous member of NCAIS since 1981. NCAIS is an association of independent schools within North Carolina and is affiliated with the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS). NCAIS provides opportunity to network with other nonpublic schools in North Carolina regarding issues and services which are beneficial to the association and member schools.

North Carolina Independent Schools Athletic Association (NCISAA)

The academy has been a continuous member of NCISAA since 1981. The association establishes policies and procedures related to athletics within the nonpublic member schools of North Carolina. Conference, regional, and state tournaments are held under the policies of the association.

Discover Christian Schools

The academy is a member of Discover Christian School (DCS). This organization is the public communication arm of the Mid-Atlantic Christian School Association (MACSA) but is also involved nationally. Its purpose is to coordinate the message that Christian schooling is the best option for Christian parents.
